GRP parts
Carbon parts out of autoclave, post cured and currently build a fair size oven which we can make pre-preg parts in.
Over the years we have manufactured high quality moulds that have been quite complex in design, which have been able to reproduce a high number of parts before the mould needed replacing.
We manufactured GRP parts from various sizes and from 1 off to multiple parts, and continuous production runs.
We also manufacture carbon parts out of autoclave parts some times in a pre-preg mostly in wet clay. All parts are vacuumed, bagged and post cured.
We also offer a painting and clear coating service on the parts.

Marine Custom Parts
We are able to make any custom carbon part you require. Here are some examples of some of the parts we have made.
General Marine Parts:
Yacht self steering blade. This yacht had very limited spare parts and the current blade was very heavy and did not react quick enough.
The new composite blade took over ½ a kilo of weight out of the self steering system which made all the different.

One of our strangest request
A customer wanted to remake the centre console in his car, we modelled up the changes they wanted, made a mould from it and made a fibreglass part, once the part was fitted out to how the customer wanted it, we then went on to finish it.
Custom can for a show
Had the can drooped off to us, the company who made this did a very poor job, as it was meant to be round. It was nothing like round after a lot of sanding, we re-worked the can to a round shape then painted the can so that it can be wrapped for display.
Sometimes we get asked to wrap fibreglass parts in carbon fiber
This is something that is not easy to do as getting the cloth to stay where you need it, is not always easy, like most things made in carbon fiber, this is a very timely task to do and sometimes the customer doesn’t appreciate the amount of time that goes in to doing this, here are some examples of parts that we have wrapped and finished in a high standard clear coat.

If you have a car that you can no longer obtain any spare parts for and you have a parts to copy use as templates, then we will be able to make composite replacements
